The Truth about Drugs
Surely drugs aren't all that bad; they just make you feel good right? Especially a little marijuana; after all, didn't God make every herb of the field for our use?
Well, let's start with the above questions. First of all, marijuana is not a
herb, it is a weed; and weeds are a result of the curse that was put on this
earth by God after man sinned. Secondly, Genesis 2:29 says that He gave us every
herb for "meat"; that is for us eat, not smoke, or sniff, or snort, etc.
Now, sorcery is condemned in the Bible. We are ALWAYS warned against it by God, because mind-altering drugs (and don't forget alcohol) open a door to your soul that allows the demons of Hell to come in and take you over a little more every time you get high. See, God knew how dangerous drugs are, not only to our physical health (accidents, car wrecks, being murdered because you couldn't pay up...) but also to your spiritual health. Many young people are slowly being demon possessed through the use of drugs and are sinking more and more into the pit of the occult and Devil worship without even knowing it. And that is the TRUTH about drugs, that you won't hear from any TV show, newspaper, or teacher at school. Remember, the only place to look for the Truth is the Word of God because God cannot lie!
