"I just want to say that I am grateful for the Lord sending you here to S.L.B.A. You have changed so many people in our church and helped them to get right with God. Not only did you help me to realize all the sinful video games, movies, and music I listen to, but my interest for fantasy writing. I read about a book a month from fantasy books. I also started writing one as my dream and I got to page 80 on typing it on the computer; it was the hardest thing I have ever done with my life - however short it has been -, but I through it out and I'm using the talent God gave me by writing a Christian novel similar to my life and my friends. Also - this is the last thing -, I read the whole book of Genesis in less than two weeks, a major improvement on how I always read the Bible. And now it is not like ' I'm just reading it because I am commanded to,' but I really do love to read it now! I KNOW that it is because of the presence of God working through you to me. Thank you again for your amazing outlook on life and how it will change hundreds maybe even thousands of people's lives, including mine." Your Brother in Christ, Alex Giguere

great deal through the power of the Lord. He has been working with me a whole
lot. He has taken away my drug addiction, greed for money and earthly
possessions, and much more. Things I thought were going to be impossible to give
up, the Lord has just taken away." - Jeremy in Dunbar, WV

"My name is Jesse...I would like to get Jesus into my heart. So here's how my
story goes. First when I was three my parents go divorced. The court gave my
mother custody of me. When I was four my dad kidnapped me from my mother and
took me back to Oklahoma. When I was five and six my Dad beat on me with coat
hangers, shovels, leather straps, and belts. When I was seven my dad got put in
the OK City penetentuary, so I had to go back to live with my Mom. When I was
eight my Mom gave up her custody and I was put in a foster home for three years;
but I really did not fit in very well. When I was 10 I got put in juvenile
detention center in Little Rock, AR . When I was 10 I went to a shelter in Fort
Smith, AR . When I was eleven I went back to JDC for running away from the
shelter. When I was out of JDC I went to another foster home, and then to JDC
again. When I got out of JDC I went to Alexander. I was there for 6 months and
then went back to Fort Smith to Harper View and then I went to Gurdon, AR, a
place called Therapeutic Family Services, where I am now and I'm 12 years old".
